Nightmotorsport reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Nightmotorsport reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Nightmotorsport may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online phone order, or other type of order with Nightmotorsport, you have entered into a contract to purchase, and your credit card will be charged immediately.
Because Nightmotorsport reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. Nightmotorsport cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacturer, or sale, but an error which Nightmotorsport’s responsibility is to correct the error.
Cancellation / Refund - Our cancellation and refund procedures are outlined as follows: Customers have the liberty to cancel orders within the initial 48 hours post-purchase, entitling them to a full refund. Cancellations initiated beyond this timeframe will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, aimed at covering processing and administrative costs. Orders surpassing the 30-day threshold are not eligible for cancellation.
To initiate the cancellation process, customers are required to contact our customer support team at support@nightmotorsport.com, providing the relevant order details. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly. Exceptions may be considered for issues such as product defects or shipping complications. Timely notifications regarding the cancellation and refund status will be communicated to customers.It's important to note that this policy undergoes periodic reviews and updates. Any modifications will be communicated through official channels. By making a purchase, customers explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the conditions outlined in this policy.
Please be advised that special order items, particularly auto body parts, may experience extended shipping times due to their larger size and heavier weight. These unique items necessitate careful handling, specialized packaging, and coordination with freight carriers, contributing to longer processing and delivery durations. We are committed to ensuring the safe and secure transportation of these specialized orders to maintain product quality and prevent damages during transit.We appreciate your understanding and patience as we diligently work to fulfill and deliver these exceptional items to your satisfaction. Off-Road Use - Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks with performance modifications. All installations are at the customer’s own risk. Nightmotorsport holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after-market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.
Shipping Rates - The shipping rates shown at the time of checkout are our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is too much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you. All products shipped from Nightmotorsport warehouse will be shipped via FedEx or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Non freight packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Nightmotorsport or the manufacturer without RMA approval, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
Payment Terms - Nightmotorsport accepts credit cards, PayPal payments, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid for in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.
Fraud Protection - In order to protect customers from credit card fraud and/identity theft, both the shipping and billing addresses must match in order for orders to be processed. If the customer's shipping and billing addresses do not match, orders will take 1-2 business days to review. This allows the Nightmotorsport team to review payment prior to shipping products in order to protect said customer from fraud or stolen credit cards.
Warranty - All products come with a warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Unless you purchase our Extended warranty, Nightmotorsport does not offer any of our own warranties and we are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping costs other than for our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by Nightmotorsport; however, we can only enforce the manufacturers' decisions.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
Use Tax Disclaimer - State sales or use tax may be due in connection with the purchase and delivery of tangible personal property to individuals and businesses. If sales tax is not charged, the purchaser is required to file a use tax return if tax is due in connection with the purchase and delivery.

Military Discount, First Responder Discount & Holiday Sales - Military discount available to active, former, and retired military members. Military discounts, First Responder discount and Holiday sales are only valid on select products and may not be combinable with any other offers. False representation of eligibility will void this offer and Nightmotorsport will reserve the right to collect the full price of product(s) ordered. The number of products per purchase may be subject to limitations. Orders with incorrect prices may be subject to cancellation.
Delivery Date - Due to disruptions in global supply chains, our inventory and staffing are limited. We rely on our manufacturers' inventory availability for faster service with an additional cost, employing dropship as an order fulfillment method. Delivery dates and times are contingent on individual specific locations.
Shipping Process and Installation of Auto Body Parts and Kits - All body kits and products are considered special order parts. Product may take longer to ship out due to its size and complex shipping process. It's recommended to test fit the part before paint and installation in case of fitment issue. The product is non-refundable if altered in any way.
Due to the material and processes used in production, all FRP (fiberglass) body parts will NOT be a “direct bolt-on”. Products require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and / or other extensive body work. Modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. A professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience is strongly recommended to perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of our products. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a partial credit may be considered. Extra fees may be incurred for proper fitment. All products from Carbon Creations, Couture, Aero Function, and Duraflex from are for off-road and show purposes only. We do not recommend, and in fact discourage, these parts to be used on public streets and highways.
Affirm Disclosure - If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.
Shipping Policy - Nightmotorsportshall use reasonable efforts to make prompt deliveries in a commercially reasonable manner. Delivery dates and estimates are, however, not guaranteed. Nightmotorsport disclaims any liability or responsibility, and the buyer shall hold Nightmotorsport harmless, for the late or non-delivery of the product. The buyer has no right to delay or defer delivery or acceptance. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return restocking fees, freight costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees.
