Some Powersports vehicles come with the vehicles battery cable ends that have a square shape and tabs that are bent over to keep the terminal from moving. This is because they fit the typical lead acid battery that has a square terminal design. These adapters are made so that you can connect that type of Square Terminal to Antigravity Battery Round style terminal and turn it into the square type for easier connection of those Square-shaped Ring Terminals that some vehicles have.
